i entail to buy a printer - where on earth do i start?

i entail to buy a printer - where on earth do i start?

following those links is a confident way. But consequently few basic rules to start.

1.The Usage of the printer.

a. intensive - if printing documents singular, go for a laser printer.

b. intensive - documents beside pictures, slides, then you requirement a color one, here if you go for color laser, it might cost more, save, go for a Canon pixma series, nifty yet restructured.

c. light usage - jump for a deskjet, inkjet etc etc go for HP if print is beyond doubt important, but mind you running costs is very glorious (as in catridge costs). Canon (same pixma) is showy!!

2. Costs.

Low running costs - Laser (as mentioned above criteria apply).

If you don't want laser, or want a color solution for medium usage, better step for a printer whose catridges are priced reasonably unlike some exceptionally high ones. This will curtail running costs. Mind you, compare the capacities of the catridges too (like the size, volume of ink) for sometimes cheaper catridges also translate to more frequent replacement.

3. Find out from friends or ppl arnd you if they use any printer and wat breed and how satisfying it's gig is. And Find out about the SERVICE centers too!

Happy hunting!
