i have need of help next to my printer hp c3100 my installation was successful but i cannot print anything i do not know if i installed the cartige wrong or if i put the thesis in the wrong place. convey answer

Your printer may not be set as the default printer. Go to Control Panel and underneath Printers and Hardware go to printers. Right click the printer if its here (if not there its not installed) spawn it the default printer and you should be set. Also when printing within a office document, check the printer identify at the top. It should be HP c3100
If thats not the issue, make sure the cable near the printer and the computer are attached. Most of the time USB cables are plug and play beside printers and it should work without installation. Check if the cartrige and the broadsheet is in the right place to not incentive paper preserve. And turn it off and on.
Plug and play is the best bet, printers don't want to be installed anymore.
Make sure it's the default printer. Go into control panel, click 'printers' later check the printer and click 'set as default' then you should know how to print.
