i tryed to delete my doc. and it say its been delete for like an hour so i cant print anything at adjectives now no thing how many times i push delete it wont travel away... is there anyother road to delete it...

Try restarting the "Print Spooler" service.
1) Right click on My Computer
2) Select Manage, this will open up Computer Management
3) Drill down to Computer Management > Services and Applications > Services
4) Right click on Print Spooler and select Restart.
restart the computer and try again
restart computer if that does not work you knowthen that you stipulation a new printer and you can find it on ebay.
Try rebooting, a eyeshade should come, alerting you to the job interrupt giving you the preference to cancel!
Try disconnecting the printer from the computer. Just clutch the cable at the back of the printer that connects it to the printer and verbs it out, wait a few second and put it back within. If this doesn't work restart the computer.
