Remove the broadsheet jam. If your printer loads from the top put surrounded by less thesis. Max 10 sheets.
I don't think the two are connected. Sounds close to you have a daily jam that you stipulation to clear -- either from the front at the rag feed tray or through the fund door or however you clear paper jam in your FAX apparatus.
