If you are using Windows XP PRO or Home edition dance to the Start button and select Control Panel. When the control panel opens up choose Printers and Faxes. When the porthole opens for Printers and Faxes move your mouse to an amenable area on the widow and right click your mouse and scroll down to ADD PRINTER.
