I cant win the black ink cartridge to lock into place!!!
I necessitate to install a black ink tape (21) into my HP F380 adjectives within one.?
Try calling HP support.
Have you checked to see if snaps are broken from holder?If so,and it's not, a moment ago move positions of the cartridge as you try to push it to snap it surrounded by place-it should snap-in.
Remove plastic tape on videotape before installing
Slide the videotape into the slot and gently push up until you surface it click.
