Go to the hp website and download hot driver,you could even download to disk to save for the adjectives.
Goto HP support website, and search for your printer model, later download the software.

Go to the HP website and go to printer drivers, and select your model. You should later download it. This happened to me one and only with a different printer and it works thankfulness to online printer drivers.
